The WORST Service Department! I made an appointment for an oil change and a software update. When I get there I’m greeted and told that he would need to get me an advisor because he works for the express. an oil change and a software update. When I get there I’m greeted and told that he would need to get me an advisor because he works for the express. Then JEREMY SANCHEZ approaches me to tell me that they would NOT be doing the software update because I need to leave the vehicle. I said that I really need this done today and I had made an APPOINTMENT to get this done. He told me to make ANOTHER appointment and that I would need to leave the car the WHOLE day. So I went ahead and made another appointment but after leaving I went to Honda on Grand and they were able to take care of my software update and oil change - No appointment needed. Needless to say that I’m NEVER going back. Oh and my confirmation number in case they want to look it up is X01MF17VRN. More

Service experience and prce This is the 2nd time i have been to this dealership and both times the employees have been very friendly and get you exactly what you need. A price of This is the 2nd time i have been to this dealership and both times the employees have been very friendly and get you exactly what you need. A price of one service i needed was $20 cheaper than other Honda dealerships too. I am very happy with the service and will only take my car here to be serviced. - Tony More
