I had a 10:30AM regular service appointment for my lease. I was told it would take an hour. I did not get my car back until 3PM. The staff was rude, there was nowhere to sit, no shuttle service, no loaner ve I was told it would take an hour. I did not get my car back until 3PM. The staff was rude, there was nowhere to sit, no shuttle service, no loaner vehicles, no communication whatsoever. This was truly the worst experience. They left my car dirty. They Didn't address the chip in the windshield, but marked it good on the report. A Truly heinous experience. I never want to return to Lexus Pembroke Pines and I would advise people to go elsewhere. I am still stunned by the lack of decency in staff and the lack of professionalism in a company. More
