Service was friendly, however my estimation of completion slipped from a Thur, to Friday, to Monday, and wasn't ready until Tue. When I picked up my vehicle there were stains on both driver and passenger se slipped from a Thur, to Friday, to Monday, and wasn't ready until Tue. When I picked up my vehicle there were stains on both driver and passenger seats, boot scuff marks on door frame floor panel and the floor mat was dirty. None of which were in this condition when I turned it in. More

Bought a used car from this dealership along with a warranty. The car stopped turning on 5 days after purchase due to the battery cable being so corroded. Have had multiple mechanical problems with the warranty. The car stopped turning on 5 days after purchase due to the battery cable being so corroded. Have had multiple mechanical problems with the car and the service department refused to honor the warranty and will not return call. This place is truly the worst dealership I have ever been to. Completely fraudsters. Plus they twist peoples arms into writing 5 star reviews before you leave the table. They have you pull up the dealership in Google and persistently goad you into it. Without those reviews, this place would be marked far lower. More

Crestview, FL GMC had my vehicle for nearly 2 weeks for a SCHEDULED appointment to checkout my NEW warrantied transmission. Customer service was terrible with no follow up call from Jermey. Requested Service SCHEDULED appointment to checkout my NEW warrantied transmission. Customer service was terrible with no follow up call from Jermey. Requested Service Manager to give me a call and also requested for a loaner vehicle, which wasn't provided. My vehicle sat in the GMC parking lot for nearly 2 weeks because they were supposedly behind with work. Why schedule an appointment!!! Service Manager stated that he would personally follow up with a phone call about my vehicle...he never called back! Why not call me the customer and provide options? Here's the kicker!!! Once my vehicle was driven, nothing was found mechanically wrong, and the fluid was a quart low in my NEW transmission AND the drip stick was broken. How is this even possible? So...2 weeks of having my vehicle for this observation. Something is seriously wrong with the customer service at this dealership and must be addressed soon. More
