Worst Customer Experience I have ever had at Ventura Toyota. Our family has a long history/record with purchases with this specific dealership. This incident occurred exactly a week ago today on Saturda Toyota. Our family has a long history/record with purchases with this specific dealership. This incident occurred exactly a week ago today on Saturday, November 9th. Jennifer gave me a rude and unprofessional response on why my vehicle was taking almost 3 hours for a rotation and multi-point inspection. Another client before me was also anxious and went up to Jennifer to ask why their vehicle was just parked outside. She told me that she was not in charge of the scheduling staff on Saturday. She also demanded that I sit at the lobby even though I was being assisted at that time. I let her know that I will never be assisted by her again and I will schedule an appointment with Carlo Mata who has always been amazing. I will be filing a complaint with her supervisor Richard Newman and expect him to contact me. More

I have been servicing my Toyotas for well over nine years at Ventura Toyota, but specifically with Jennifer Lange. She is the most caring, helpful and knowledgeable representative one can wish for. On severa at Ventura Toyota, but specifically with Jennifer Lange. She is the most caring, helpful and knowledgeable representative one can wish for. On several occasions i was provided with a loaner, shuttle or Uber, as of late. I will continue servicing my new Toyota Prius at Ventura Toyota. More

If I could give less than one star, I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by almost every person I have come into contact with at Ventura Toyota. Scott Robles was verbally abus I have never been treated so poorly in my life by almost every person I have come into contact with at Ventura Toyota. Scott Robles was verbally abusive and my basic car needs (AWD malfunction, broken radio) was neither met or cared about. Ventura Toyota just wants your money without any integrity in their communication, documentation of car issues or services. Most of the staff has inadequate knowledge regarding my vehicle, a Rav 4. It is one of the most popluar cars. I absolutely love Toyota products but will never recommend anyone go to this sexist, abusive and inadequate dealership. I want to thank Manny (sales) and Octavio (mechanic) for being great at their jobs and helping with purchase of car. Jennifer Lange is also polite. I would especially stay away from Mike who will placate you and do nothing or Scott Robles whom is verbally abusive and incredibly bad at this job. More

Very helpful I had problems with my 2019 Tacoma and Jen was always quick to get my truck fixed and getting me a rental. Always helpful with a smile on her face and I had problems with my 2019 Tacoma and Jen was always quick to get my truck fixed and getting me a rental. Always helpful with a smile on her face and great attitude. My truck had been back to the dealership three times and I was getting tired of being there and waiting to get my truck back or getting my next car rental. I talked with Richard and on his own he sent a letter to the corporate office explaining my situation and two days later I received the help I needed from Toyota. I am very grateful to both of them for all their help. More

I was contacted by Sam Tello, at Ventura Toyota who persistently worked with me to determine what my needs were. It was Sam’s patience, diligence and strong product knowledge that allowed me to move into a newer model Prius with no hesitation or concerns whatsoever. Sam took extra time to teach me new features that I wasn’t completely familiar with to prepare me for the delightful experience I now have every time I drive my new Prius. If anyone finds themselves in the dilemma of having to purchase a new vehicle in a hurry, I encourage you to contact Sam Tello at Ventura Toyota. I assure you that will have as delightful a car buying experience that I have because of Sam and Ventura Toyota. More
