It's been over a decade since I purchased a brand new vehicle. Liam and the team at SOG made the process easy and actually quite delightful! Once I'd made my decisions on the vehicle itself, they presented me with a full matrix of finance options to ensure I made the best possible choice for me and my family financially. The finance portion of delivery day was smooth and seamless, then Liam took all the time I needed to learn about the features and functionality of my new ride (remember - it's been over a decade...). I am one VERY satisfied customer and am looking forward to future visits and business with this group. Thanks, guys! More

I had to bring my 2020 Outback back in after 3 weeks with a radiator leak. Things like happen but they did not get the urgency on my part to repair as I need the vehicle to move out of state Aug 30. I had to follow up to get them to overnight the radiator which they had not expedited. I also asked the advisor Josh to do an oil change. I was contacted Tuesday evening that the car was ready to go but I told them I would pick up in the morning. Wednesday morning I called and when I eventually got thru on the phone after several disconnects they had no clue if my car was ready or not. I also found out they never planned the oil change. So I finally get the car Wednesday and when I get home, guess what, ant infestation!!!! The ant apparently like antifreeze and swarmed my car. The mechanic had to know this when he replaced the radiator as there was evidence of smashed ants on top of the air box. Unbelievable that they would deliver a brand new car to me like this. Obviously poor internal communication on the service department end and also lack of customer quality. Never again More

Went way out of their way to find me a car in the color and trim level I wanted.
