Jason was the first person we spoke to when we walked up, and he happily showed us a few options as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision - all the questions Jason asked made me feel like he was sincerely trying to help me figure out which car was right for me, rather than trying to push a sale. I found something I liked, and Jason was patient, kind, and professional as we dealt with a few unexpected hiccups during the buying process. As someone without a lot of car knowledge or car-buying experience, I was very grateful to have an easy and comfortable experience working with Jason at Tucson Subaru, and would absolutely recommend this dealership as a whole. Last Friday, CJ Nichols waited on us -- he was great and we purchased a new Forest years and have always been pleased how we were greeted & treated. Last Friday, CJ Nichols waited on us -- he was great and we purchased a new Forester! He was very knowledgeable, took his time and didn't pressure us for the sale. We highly recommend CJ and Tucson Subaru! Tonight they hosted a "new car" orientation, with a nice sandwich-salad supper. We'll definitely be back when our car needs service. This is A-#1 dealership! We hadn't bought a new car since 2017, then we walked into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 Chevy Colorado which was not part of the plan.
