Jennifer and the Toyota I took my Outback into Tucson Subaru for maintenance and to have the left mirror replaced after breaking it on one of those things that they put in th I took my Outback into Tucson Subaru for maintenance and to have the left mirror replaced after breaking it on one of those things that they put in the road when there's construction. Frank Calvillo, service advisor, helped me track down the reason I couldn't see out the back window at night to back up. There was Limo tint on it! and he arranged to remove it at no cost to me. Thanks Frank! what a great job. While I was there, I met Jennifer Duran, sales person, and got to talking to her about my desire to trade for a Toyota. My Outback was a gorgeous car, just too big for me. She offered to keep me posted on Toyota trades that came in, and she did. I first thought I wanted an FJ because the clearance underneath was important to me. She found one, but it turned out to be too big (and too expensive) for me. A day or so later, she told me (by email) that a RAV4 had come in and I could come and test drive it. What a beautiful car and small enough for me to feel comfortable in, but with good clearance. Jennifer worked with the manager, Loren Henry, to get me a price I could feel comfortable with, and TRACI Roberts worked it out so I would have essentially the same payment I had before. At the end, after taking the Toyota to my mechanic, it was discovered that the shocks needed replacing, and the manager, Loren Henry, offered to pay part of that cost, So really, how cool is that? Overall, and in the details, these folks went to the limit to make me happy. And I really am! Jennifer was great, personable and friendly, which made the whole process work smoothly. Really, everyone I dealt with at Subaru was top notch. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. More

The most pleasant experience at a car dealership EVER! The dealership is clean, comfortable and modern. The people are friendly. It did not feel smarmy, the way some dealerships do. My husband and I lease one of our cars and it was that time again. The car we were turning in was not a Subaru. We've owned Subarus in the past and thought we would give them a look. We were not leaped upon when we got out of our car. Although a number of the dealership employees smiled and said hello, they did not bother us as we looked at the various cars on display both outside and in. When we were ready to speak with someone, we approached the receptionist and asked for a sales rep. Less than a minute later, Jennifer Duran walked up and introduced herself. She asked what we were interested in knowing about particular cars. She opened several of them; we sat in them while she explained features and differences between them. As we talked, we volunteered that we were looking for a lease and that we were not interested in putting money down. She offered to have us drive the car but we opted to talk money before taking a test drive. (I didn't want to fall in love before I knew whether or not we could afford the car - we are retired and on a fixed income.) She never batted an eye. She dropped us off at the snack area where we were offered coffee, water, and fresh cookies. After speaking with her manager (that took about 10 minutes), we went to her office where she explained payment options for one of the Outbacks we were interested in. She left us alone for a few minutes, to talk it over, came back in and asked if we wanted to test drive it or not. We agreed to take it for a spin. We liked the car and decided to take it. Jennifer gave us a very basic credit app to complete - took 5 minutes. Within 10 minutes we were in the finance manager's (Traci Roberts) office. She gave us additional information about special service options (Starlink, prepaid service, upgraded security). No pressure, just explained them and moved on. We were out of her office within 10 minutes, with papers signed and keys in our hands. Our rep, Jennifer Duran was the best! She is the only female rep in the dealership but seems to be well-accepted. She's funny and personable. It's obvious that she likes people. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. She made us feel like she knows her business and that she is competent to handle whatever comes up. The finance manager, Traci Roberts, is great. We could be friends. After walking us to our new car, Jennifer ran back into the dealership and came out holding a dozen roses. In her wake was one of the service reps. He just wanted to introduce himself. I'm sure this is standard operating procedure, but it was nice, nonetheless. Since our purchase, we have had emails from both Jennifer and the Sales Manager, thanking us for our purchase and inviting us to call with questions. GREAT EXPERIENCE! More
