I met Jennifer more than several months ago, and she kept in touch with me to answer any questions I may have had. At the dealership, I had a great time talking with John, Jennifer and Loren, all knowledgeable about Subaru and cars overall. There was no bait and switch. Everything worked out the way I wanted over the phone. The next day, I wanted the car right away and called Jennifer. It was her day off, but she arranged the transport the car from Phoenix, and we met at the dealership in the afternoon. Dealing with the finance person, Louie was the smoothest ever. There was absolutely no pressure at all. It was a very pleasant experience. This whole experience exceeded my expectations. When you go to Tucson Subaru, look for Jennifer. Forester 2016 I had visited the Subaru dealership several times and always had a helpful interaction with sales people. It has taken a bit of time for me to commit I had visited the Subaru dealership several times and always had a helpful interaction with sales people. It has taken a bit of time for me to commit to a new car, but when I did I wanted to work with Jennifer Duran who had been the most recent person who had helped me. She called to check on my interested and then called to let me know when she would be on vacation. I was sure that I would ask for her when the time came for me to but a new car. On March 4th, I bought a 2016 Forester and Jennifer was amazing throughout. There was no pressure just repeated attempts to make my deal happen. I have to say, this has been the most satisfying and respectful car buying experience that I have ever had... and I have purchased a number of cars. I have referred Jennifer and the dealership to my friend who is looking for a Forester this year.... Many thanks for your excellent approach to meeting the car buyer's needs. More

This is my second experience buying a car at Tucson Subaru and each time has been extraordinary...and not at all the high-pressured sales environment This is my second experience buying a car at Tucson Subaru and each time has been extraordinary...and not at all the high-pressured sales environment one usually has to suffer through at an auto dealership. This time, Jennifer Duran was the car salesperson. She was so friendly, funny, helpful, courteous, thorough and kind. Importantly, Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and stands by her product...which is not surprising, considering how fantastic it is to own a Subaru. It was kind of a funny story. I went in for an oil change with my former Subaru and had been thinking about upgrading to an Outback for the past year. Out of curiosity, I moseyed over to the auto dealership while my car was being serviced. I had a pretty good idea about the car I wanted and described it to Jennifer, who pinpointed the car right away. I knew right off that was the one I wanted. She worked to provide me with some very attractive incentives and I was in and out of the dealership within two hours. Jennifer is truly a treasure to work with (and so is Louie, the finance guy!). After five seconds, it felt like old friends. I highly recommend Tucson Subaru and if in the neighborhood, be sure to ask for Jennifer Duran! Oh, yes...and by the way...I love my new car. Her name is Izabella. Within 48 hours we were already on a long road trip that has included crossing a creek and climbing a dirt road up a winding mountain. WOOT! More
