I had a great experience purchasing a car at this dealership. While discussing the final purchase price with Yamil, I felt at ease. He didn't pressure me to purchase a car and gave me realistic esti dealership. While discussing the final purchase price with Yamil, I felt at ease. After running my credit, the montly payment along with the percentage rate was actually lower than what we discussed. This has to be the best purchasing experience from a dealership that I've experienced. I didnt feel pressured nor hassled. Financing was a breeze. Jenifer Contreras was patient and was ABLE to answer all of my questions. Although this process only took 3 hours and not the entire day, the purchasing process did not feel rushed. Luis was a great help that afternoon and thereafter. I walked in intending to get a mazda that day but wasn’t sure if I wanted to go with a CX-5 or CX-50. He (and the rest of the team) spared no effort in helping me, whether it was getting all the answer to my and my father’s questions, to test driving both models of cars, they were on top of it.
