So great we bought 2 new cars. We stopped in to look at myself a new work vehicle. We worked a deal I was happy with for a new 2018 Golf. My wife has always wanted a Beetle. We decided to entertain the idea of trading in her car. Little did we know they would worked another deal we were happy with. We now own a Golf and Beetle. No pressure to buy either one, Everyone at the dealership we met was very nice. More

I live in the Woodlands Texas and they had the red GTI Autobahn I wanted at a far better sticker price that I could find anywhere in the state. Hector met me half way on a Saturday (enormous help for me) with the car immaculately clean and explained in detail how everything worked. All in all a great experience and excellent people to do business with! More

She drove all the way to Frisco to get some paper signed instead of me having to drive back to Garland again. Dealership is willing to negotiate. Negotiation is like usual. back and forth but never unprofessional. Jannet also follows up after the sale. She is a real asset to the dealership. More

Dishonest sales Sold the car they had called me to come get that very day while I was in route. How’s that for customer service? It was a certified preowned Jetta wit Sold the car they had called me to come get that very day while I was in route. How’s that for customer service? It was a certified preowned Jetta with hail damage that they had agreed to fix. Daiver, the salesman, called that afternoon to tell me the car was ready. We live two hours from the dealership. I was an hour from home when I was notified that a coworker was in the process of selling the car and I would be notified if the sale didn’t go through. What??? They were selling the car that I was coming to pick up!!! Jefff Wallis called me the next morning “trying” to explain that we had not paid a deposit. A deposit? A deposit was never mentioned for this car. If a deposit was the determining factor, wouldn’t you think it would have been discussed either while we were at the dealership or by phone the couple of times we talked? It was dishonest sales tactics by a dealership that I would rather not do business with EVER! More

Sleezy- Keep Driving Shady sales tactics. When I'm ready to walk away, they're skilled to keep me hooked. I feel like an idiot for dealing with these people. I'm newly Shady sales tactics. When I'm ready to walk away, they're skilled to keep me hooked. I feel like an idiot for dealing with these people. I'm newly divorced and doing this on my own, trying so hard to do the right thing. They had me there for 5 hours. I'm exhausted and sign a deal that was no deal at all. My gut tells me that was their strategy. % rate was changed and rebates were not included in the contract. I realize it's my responsibility to be careful what I sign, but I feel preyed on. I didn't get home until 9pm. I talked to Rusty Wallace VW at 9am the next morning to let them know I'll be in that night to return the car and get my trade in back, thinking I had 3 days to do so. As it turns out, that is a legal myth. Unless the seller agrees to take it back, the car is mine. When I get there Morris claims he wasn't told what my complaints were, that the deal was done and that's that. I want my car back! I saw him talk to Jeff Wallis, but Manager wasn't willing to come talk to me. Salesman Morris lied to me. Unprofessional Manager Jeff Wallis would not speak with me. And NO ONE asked me what the issue was or what they could do to make it better. This was my mistake. I hope you don't make the same. I will posting this on any social media available to me. Sharing this also with my LinkedIn connections, family and friends. More

If you know what you want'/ or you are looking for something new Matt is your guy! He knows his stuff! I came in with a relatively vague idea of what I wanted and right away he had 4 cars for me to give a go. When I found the PERFECT car Jeff Wallis helped me through the numbers and made it a totally doable painless process. I refer all my patients to this dealership! More

Lemon If I could give no stars I would. I was sold a certified 2014 VW Tiguan. Supposedly this car passed a very extensive certified inspection; however, th If I could give no stars I would. I was sold a certified 2014 VW Tiguan. Supposedly this car passed a very extensive certified inspection; however, the check engine light went on within 48 hours and less than 50 miles of leaving the dealer. I literally took it home on a Wednesday and went to drive it on Friday and the check engine light came on. The repair is a major one involving the turbo system and parts and labor is going to cost according to the service department $2,500. I have a warranty to cover it, but my trust in this dealer and confidence in the quality of vehicles they are pushing is down. I would feel bad for anyone who bought this car without a warranty. I had the WORST car buying experience. Buyer beware of this dealership. I would never do business with them again, but if you do buy from them be sure to get a warranty so you don't end up in my situation. I asked to speak to a manager. It took an hour and a half before Mr. Wallis came to speak to me. I just sat there in a chair and the salesman got up and left. I was checked on after the first hour to see if anyone helped me yet. Terrible customer service. More

Give you a great price to get you in the door....then....no. RW VW quoted me the lowest prices over the internet and phone. So, I went in and took a look, gave credit app and was ready to do a deal. They then RW VW quoted me the lowest prices over the internet and phone. So, I went in and took a look, gave credit app and was ready to do a deal. They then came back with $2500 worth of adds. If I want to add something to my car, I will do it myself. It will cost less and will be done better. After wasting half of my day, they finally gave a good price. By then I was done and was ready to find a different dealer. If you want to do it the old fashioned way, go to Rusty Wallis. If you want to do it much quicker and with less stress, go elsewhere. I happily purchased two VW's at other dealers in the metroplex. Got a great deal and was completely straightforward and pleasant. More
