I bring my truck in for service, I have brought my truck and just started bringing my wife’s Lexus to this dealership for several years. You guys seem to always do a great job. Until the last two years, the i got new tires a few years ago. One month after I get new tires I get a nail in my tire. I plugged it but it still leaked a little bit so I put a can of fix a flat in it. The next time I get my truck serviced I asked the service guy to patch. Oh no we can’t touch it, you put fix a flat in the tire we can’t touch it. But we will sell you a brand new tire, for $400. The next time I am in for service, the service writer tells me that the tires have a warranty and they could have replaced the tire under warranty. Thanks for telling me when I bought the tires, that’s great customer service. Moving on, I bring my truck in for service and long and behold my lug nuts are bad and need to be replaced. So I did that at $ 400, move on I drop my truck off last night for service. I get a call today and guess what my lug nuts are bad, they are not covered under warranty no that would be to convenient. $ 400 for new lug nuts, I found all 20 oem on eBay for $ 50. Them all of my wheel inserts are damaged badly. I will no longer bring any vehicle to Cobb County Toyota. More

Cobb County Toyota called me to remind me of the oil change that needed to be done. They assigned me to a service writer I was unfamiliar with, but then it was only an oil change. Almost immediately the change that needed to be done. They assigned me to a service writer I was unfamiliar with, but then it was only an oil change. Almost immediately the service writer started talking about my next mileage/month service that was just under $500, and then he said he could make it lower since I got the good deal on the oil change. I was not happy with the BAIT AND SWITCH tactic used on me. My usual service write tells me of upcoming service I should budget for and the time Frame I should get it done in. I love that. But not that I had to do it when I came in for a $49.99 oil change and it sounded like that is what I came in for. Maybe that works for other customers, but not for me. Once we got it cleared up, we moved along with just the oil filter, but I felt that I was not appreciated. I remember this service writer and will not use him again. More
