We came to Pete Moore to see a few used cars they had on the lot. Scott Kleiner was our salesman and we enjoyed him every much. After finding a car he spoke to Danny Freeman the used car manager and he seemed annoyed by our request and continued to show us cars we were NOT interested in. It seemed Danny was unwilling to help us get into a car that day. Scott was very persistant to help us with what we wanted so he started to work with Jeff Korel. After working some numbers on a used car Jeff approached us and told us some information we did not know about payments and interest with old and new cars and some programs that were going on. Needless to say Scott and Jeff got us into a NEW Jetta which we left with that day. So thumbs up to Scott for listening to us and Jeff looking out for our best interest and thumbs down to Danny for being annoyed with us!! Over all my experience turned out to be great and I LOVE my new car!! More

On December 7th not only did I leave with a new car... but also a new friend. This was my first VW and first diesel vehicle, Rich and Jay in the service department, also went a long way to explain features of my new car as well as the benefits of the diesel. I will definitely return to buy another VW from them... just as soon as this one wears out. More

Very importantly, both Bruce and Jeff respected my time and worked as quickly as possible to get me on my way once the deal was finalized. They introduced me to key personnel around the dealership while waiting for paperwork to be completed. Bruce has excellent knowledge of the product he sells and took time to review the GTI's working and MFI systems. I drove an extra 75 miles to deal with this VW dealership and it was well worth the miles. More

They delivered the car model facts, financial numbers and objective recommendations in a way I could clearly understand. I like Kyle's approach with me. He quickly begins understanding the performance I am seeking. Sport vs luxury, etc. I like that he knows the vehicles he sells and can progress the sale using valuable facts not pressure. I respect this type of approach so much I returned to him for a second sale in two years. Kyle may not know until he, perhaps, reads this review that he is my car guy. The fact that we are new found friends has only made my two buying experiences with him even more special. More

Well I went to the dealership to have my 2011 Jetta serviced and I left with a new 2013 CC! Once again my sales team, Rick and Jeff took outstanding care of us! Adam and Jeff spoke with my dad and relentlessly helped us find exactly what we wanted and gave us a deal we couldn't resist. They brought the car over from Baton Rouge, LA within 24 hours. The dealership was full of friendly employees and plenty of excited customers. Adam took me for a test drive and helped me with any handling or technical question I had. He made me feel very comfortable and was a great sales rep. We also worked with a guy to fill out paperwork, and I can't remember his name but he was very time efficient and answered any questions we had thoroughly and honestly. Overall, my family and I couldn't have asked for a better dealership to work with and I would recommend Pete Moore to anyone interested in buying a car. More
