Bruce is very professional, knowledgeable of his products—yet not intimidated by a customer who does a lot of research on his own before going to a car dealership (me); cordial- yet funny and warm; and both he and Jeff back up what they promise. Both gentlemen are straightforward in their presentations of their products, and if need be they will make every attempt to get the products and services wanted. The management team, Lou and Jeff, were very friendly and personable. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction or else they offered to make it to my satisfaction. Then in finance, Aaron, explained all financial details and warranties to me. He did not rush, answered any and all questions, and made sure I understood everything.
