I have had nothing but quality support from Rich Lord and his staff in the service department (and Jay Rosenthal prior to him), which created a strong sense of loyalty to the dealership for myself and my family. Even the dedicated work that Jeff from the Sales Dept put in to attempt to whittle down the overall payments for me, and Kim's help with selecting the proper warranty and maintenance plan to add to my financing. It's just a well-rounded team who put their customers first, which nets them return customers. I would enthusiastically recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

This was the most positive car buying experience to date. We bought a new 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDI. Alan Brockette, the sales rep, was very easy to work with as was the sales manager, Jeff Korel. I had very specific requirements and they went above and beyond to satisfy them. I live an hour and a half from the dealership so did much of my communication via email and Alan was always very responsive and above board. I also had contact with Lance Fanucci and Leo Page during the test-drive phase of my transaction and they were both very friendly and professional, too. I did make three visits to the dealership, the first regarding a used vehicle and then two regarding the new one we eventually purchased.. One of the most refreshing things about Pete Moore Volkswagen is their friendly, transparent, and no-pressure approach to sales. It allowed me to do my homework, take my time deciding on a vehicle, and feel like I was in charge of the buying process.... After all, it is my money, right? On the day I took delivery of the vehicle, Alan made sure the vehicle was detailed and fully fueled then covered every aspect of the new vehicle with me. He made sure my mobile phone was paired with the car's hands-free system and personally walked me down to meet the service manager to tentatively schedule the first service which is due in 10,000 miles. In this entire process, Alan and all the others at Pete Moore Volkswagen made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer and almost like a member of the family. I would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone in the Florida panhandle or coastal Alabama who is considering a Volkswagen product. More

The route that Cody advised for a test drive was excellent at showing off the smooth ride and tight turns that my Mitsubishi vehicle so easily delivers. There was no hard selling or underhandedness. Every number and every form was either clearly labeled or explained to me in a straightforward way. No one acted bothered if I asked a question or read something for my own understanding. Cody went over the features of my vehicle so that I could drive it comfortably from the dealership and the manual is full of great information. I could not ask for a better experience. I am so satisfied with my purchase and extremely pleased with the experience of making the purchase. I cannot more highly recommend this Pete Moore dealership. More

I am in my car so much, I really wanted Bluetooth and seat warmers were a plus! I just wanted to price out what a new Jetta would be with the add-on's I desired. Mark found me a few newer cars, and priced them out for me. It was too much over my budget, (or lack there of. I hadn't planned on getting a car yet) After being there for less than an hour, and the help of Jeff, they found me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I got everything I wanted out of the vehicle, with VERY LITTLE cost to me. Jeff, Mark, and Aaron were all so very, very helpful. They really looked out for me, and made sure I got what I needed, without feeling like I was making a bad decision. Once everybody found out how great my experience was, they were all ready to come and see what they had to offer. For as long as I live in Pensacola, I will continue to come to this dealership. More

At my husband's prompting, we went out to Pete More Volkswagon at the prompting of some of his acquaintances. It took me some time to make up my mind, and Mark was patient, gracious and concerned that I get a vehicle that I really liked and wanted and would enjoy. The team that we encountered while in the process was efficient and friendly. I would recommend Mark and Pete Moore Volkswagon to any and all of my friends that are or will be thinking of buying a vehicle. I hate shopping and buying a vehicle, but will certainly return without the usual anxieties when I need another vehicle. I'm going to love my VW Golf. More
