VW buyback and new car purchase I have had several VW's not always from this dealer, but yesterday I felt like it was a new day. Starting with David Glatt, the vw representative for the buy back. He went over and above what he was required to do to make the process smooth and painless. Next is Drew Ferguson the sales rep who I had been talking with since I new I was doing the buy back for my diesel vehicle. He is low key, extremely knowledgeable and although I had a ton of questions he never seemed to bothered by them and never pushed to get the sale! After having seen multiple brands and vehicles I felt comfortable with purchasing a VW again. Jeff Gerguson made me a great deal which only reaffirmed my decision. Kim was great with financing. Finally, there were a few requests made to the service dept, and I must say that Rich, along with his crew really went over and above to make me feel special! In summary, great dealership, great staff, great attitude!!!! More

Mark was exemplary in his dealings with us. He took extra care explaining how all the various features of the infotainment system worked. Straight forward, no hassle dealings ensuring we fully understood everything he explained to us. We had previously sent our son and his wife to Pete Moore's for a new car and they also worked with Mark and also experienced outstanding service while purchasing their new Beetle. While finalizing the paperwork we worked with Kim Gilbert for the 3rd time and once again experienced superb, clear and understandable information regarding financing. Pete Moore has put together an outstanding staff from Jeff in Management, Mark in sales, Kim in finance to Rich in service. We now have a superbly detailed 2nd car and a "WOW" new Dune Beetle.
