Recent purchase of Mitsubishi Outlander We had about 2 weeks to purchase a replacement vehicle. We visited numerous dealerships looking at all of their vehicles. The first time at Pete Moo We had about 2 weeks to purchase a replacement vehicle. We visited numerous dealerships looking at all of their vehicles. The first time at Pete Moore VW was a nice surprise. We were able to look at and drive 4 vehicles, taking up most of Bruce Harrell's afternoon. Even as we were leaving there wasn't one pressure question like "What will it take to get you to drive home today in a car?" When we left to go to another dealership, we told each other that we wanted to buy a car here, even though there might be a car at another dealership that would suit us better. In the end Jeff Korel and Bruce gave us an amazing deal on our trade in, and a great price on the vehicle that was miles ahead of all the other dealerships. They got us into a car that we didn't think would fit our budget. You won't be disappointed with Bruce Harrell. More

A friend referenced me to CJ at Pete Moore and we initially talked over the phone. He listened to my concerns and needs and said he'd get back wth me. As promised, he presented me with an offer for a new GTI. However, he went beyond expectations and accommodated my "wish" for a model with "specific" rims. I was thrilled. Now, over my years of buying cars, I'm used to the song and dance of dealing with a car dealership. Plus, the long drug out process of haggling. When CJ presented the initial offer, I didn't know what to do. There was no need to haggle. No need to go back and forth. The deal from CJ, and the manager Jeff at Pete Moore, was simply that good. The least stressful car buying experience...ever. My sales person was Dylan Lampe, whom I had been working with on and off for about 3 weeks. Let me start of by saying he is, without doubt, the easiest sales person I've ever worked with; he is honest, attentive to your needs and gives off none of that " used car salesman" stink that seems to permeate most stealerships I've visited over the years. My situation is not unique; needing a new car to replace the wife's 14 year old beater, but have some financial issues. After visiting about half a dozen other dealers, from major chain stores to mom-and-pop third tier dealers, I began to resign myself to being stuck with buying something less than ideal (older, tons of miles, unknown history). Today I called Dylan to check out a 2016 Mirage they had on special, figuring this was my last chance to find my "unicorn" special deal. Unbeknownst to be VW credit had approved me during a previous visit for a 2017 Jetta S (was trying to purchase a recently released 2015 Golf TDI). Not only were they sympathetic to my plight, Dylan went out of his way to answer questions I had about other options on their lot in my price range (trucks and SUV's were available, but they had tons of miles and were still out of reach). Needless to say I was shocked to find out I had been approved for a much better rate than even my credit union would approve; they got me into a brand new car, with no cash out of pocket, for a payment I could easily swing. The title says it all. I've been buying cars since I was 18 (about 30 years now) and have purchased about 35 cars in that time and this is the only time I didn't feel that dreaded "buyers remorse" lump in my stomach wondering if I was getting screwed or not; not only did I get a great deal, it was expediently concluded (about 10 minutes in Kim's office). From final signature to detailing and final walk through was less than 45 minutes. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Pete Moore Imports. Saying that, I had a 180 degree experience at the Chevy store during visits and purchasing over the past year. Like human siblings they could not be more different. More

Salesman, Rick Cribb, took fantastic care of me, first by explaining the TDI Buy-back program and the necessary steps involved and then to find me the exact car I was hoping to find, but had been unable to in Orlando. Jeff Korel supports his salespeople in satisfying their buyers and Kim Gilbert makes sure that the closing and financing are easily understood, seamless and executed expeditiously. If you're looking for a new VW it's worth a trip to Pete Moore in Pensacola. Ask for Rick and tell him Linda sent you! If it's service you need I also recommend Pete Moore.
