I am pleased with my TLX purchase from Muller’s Acura. When purchasing a vehicle, I always read reviews of the different sales people. I met with Lance, but the vehicle was not the trim I wanted. He mentioned that another vehicle I may like was coming in a couple days. I live 50 miles away from Muller’s and I passed quite a few other Acura dealerships on my way there, but I felt comfortable working with Lance. He’s friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about the Acura line of vehicles. As it turned the car was exactly what I wanted. I can honestly say I’ve never had an easier process of purchasing a vehicle. The process went smoothly there wasn’t any pressure. In my experience that is a rarity when purchasing a vehicle. More
