Megan asked about the car and I mentioned the brakes seemed soft.to my surprise when I came back to pick up my car from the oil change collectively, Shaun Brandau the Assistant Service Manager, Megan and Jeff the Service Manager decided to replace my brakes. I have been going to Brilliance Honda for 3 years now. The service department "guys" are all so pleasant! It has to be because of management which extends to employees than onto customers.
