Rick didn't even bother to have anyone look at it or diagnose it until Wednesday afternoon. Of course, that mean the part that he needed to order wouldn't arrive until the weekend. They held her car hostage for a week... with almost no communication. On Friday, Rick left a message, "Part didn't arrive, have a good weekend." No apology. No explanation. No offer of a loaner car. I called on Saturday and finally got someone to loan her a car. She's a full time student with a job with an Asian complexion... I'm a 50-year old white guy. They ignored her but talked to me. You do the math. To a person, every person I talked to was rude and dismissive. Rick was also incompetent. More
