Crooked as they come. They wasted 1.5 hours trying to haggle me on a used car I was already approved for by my creditor, only to arrive at the amount that was POSTED ONLI They wasted 1.5 hours trying to haggle me on a used car I was already approved for by my creditor, only to arrive at the amount that was POSTED ONLINE for the amount approved by the creditor. Made up b.s. fees, lots of back and forth. An absolute waste of my life. Then it took 2 hours to get the car ready (a car wash) and we drove it off the lot with 2 gallons of gas on it. The salesman, Jeff, tried to add charges I’ve never heard of, then acted like good buddies after wasting time. This dealer is reported all over BBB. If it wasn’t that my son wanted this exact car, I’d have walked away 5 minutes in. More

On March 13, 2024, I stopped at Wood Nissan to look for a pre owned truck. I was pre approved for a loan through my bank. I believe that in order to keep the deal close to what I wanted, while keeping it whe pre owned truck. I was pre approved for a loan through my bank. I believe that in order to keep the deal close to what I wanted, while keeping it where the sales department wanted it they ran my credit with at least 7 lenders, which significantly impacted my credit score. Of course, I found out about this after the sale. We do like our truck, and feel like we got a reasonably fair deal, but I feel like they wanted the sale to happen that moment, regardless of how it may impact me. I was also lead to believe that I needed to buy (finance) an extended warranty on the pre owned truck, to cover anything other than the power train, which I declined. Within a week of the purchase, we began to experience multiple "system failures", very random and infrequent at first, gradually getting to the point where it was every time we drove the truck.I tried unsuccessfully to contact the dealership so I could have the issue diagnosed over a period of months. My calls went unanswered by every department, including sales. I finally reached out to another dealership, where the problem was diagnosed and repaired, at no cost to use, because it was all covered by the factory warranty. More
