The dealership was very busy when we arrived, with an appointment. Jean Silverio was courteous and helpful. But he seemed to be helping other customers at the same time as our visit, so we did a lot of appointment. Jean Silverio was courteous and helpful. But he seemed to be helping other customers at the same time as our visit, so we did a lot of waiting around. Every step of the purchase required more waiting time. Jean would disappear and we would sit for another 20 minutes waiting for the next step. Also was not thrilled at having to drive back to the dealership to pick up the title paperwork. We are happy with our car, which is the main thing, but probably wouldn't recommend Jim Butler KIA to anyone else. More
