You can’t beat their 20 year, 200,000 mile warranty! I first dealt with Juan from internet sales management who was very helpful. Then when I arrived there I met Ocean, my sales person, who was wonderfu I first dealt with Juan from internet sales management who was very helpful. Then when I arrived there I met Ocean, my sales person, who was wonderful in helping me find my 2022 Tucson. He was friendly, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. Jean in finance was great and made that part east. I was so happy with this dealership. Ocean has followed up the past two days to see if I had any questions about my new car. I’ve never had anyone do that when I bought a car. I appreciate the extra mile he has gone to. I highly recommend Rick Case in Plantation! More

They raiise the price from the msrp from $32235 to $35245…without explanation… They added some packages to the deal, that I have said NO…I said NO to gap insurance…but they added anyway…and then…I we $35245…without explanation… They added some packages to the deal, that I have said NO…I said NO to gap insurance…but they added anyway…and then…I went next day with my son…to pay for the gap insurance and I paid $1060 for it…They added up that quantity as a down payment but the monthly amount, didn’t change…and they never gave me the copies of the contract so I could see that , he already had added the gap insurance…Also…the financial officer…he says, he gave me a key with the info…but…he never did…plus even if he did gave it to me…which he didn’t…i didn’t have a computer to see the charges…!!! More

Wonderful buying experience. Chad Dangervil, customer relations manager, called as soon as the new vehicle in the color choices I wanted came in. He worked up a deal and then reworked it and we agreed o relations manager, called as soon as the new vehicle in the color choices I wanted came in. He worked up a deal and then reworked it and we agreed on a price. Then Jean Jacques, finance manager, met with me to discuss adding extra time to the bumper-to-bumper warranty. We figured out my annual driving amount and he offered several choices, and helped me pick the right one. Chad then took time to go over new features and when I go back for some additional cleaning (it was in the evening when we closed), he said to be sure to write down any questions and he’d be happy to answer and review any of the new features again. This car drives like a dream and has all the automatic features and conveniences I was looking, and has great pickup and go! Thank you Chad and Jean. More
