The car purchase went quite well. We set up a time to see the used 2024 Genesis GV80, we test drove it, we identified 2 issues (minor damage) which we added to the Due Bill (and which We set up a time to see the used 2024 Genesis GV80, we test drove it, we identified 2 issues (minor damage) which we added to the Due Bill (and which will get repaired some point over the coming weeks), and we bought the car. All good. The Finance side of the experience was not as good. We verbally agreed to an extended warranty that included 80,000 incremental miles, but the contract that was presented to me, which I unwittingly signed, was for 80,000 total miles. 4 weeks later, I'm still trying to resolve that issue. More
