Bought a new car over a month ago. They lost second key Fob, was told they would mail it to me when found. Never found. Called over them over 10 times over 2 weeks, no response from an They lost second key Fob, was told they would mail it to me when found. Never found. Called over them over 10 times over 2 weeks, no response from anyone. It seems they just don't care and ignored my problem. Good luck ever getting my car into their service department! This was my 2nd Hyundai I bought from them. First one had a transmission problem their service department denied existed. Independent transmission repair shop found it and fixed it. Will take this new one to another Hyundai dealer for maintenance. More

Everything went great mostly except just at the end of the visit. We didn’t get the second copy of the key fob of the new car I had just gotten beforehand ok? I gave three stars because my Ioniq 9 SE lease costs $1621 monthly, which feels too high. If pricing was closer to $1000, I would rate five stars.
