On the other hand there was the floor Manager Hamza who was just the opposite. I would fire this guy if it were up to me. He was very insensitive and made personal insults. He had no idea of the process and the car features. He was not able to answer basic questions on the next steps or the time it would take after we agreed on the price. He was rude and just told us to wiat. We were at the dealership for 7 hours which says a lot about this place.
He also made multiple personal insults in front of my family. As an example, He called my trade in car rubbish as it was Red in color. He said no body buys red cars and we were stupid to buy one in an attempt to reduce my trade in value. The funny part was that they had 3 "Red cars" same as mine on display at the dealership at the very same time. He also did not honor the KBB value of my car even though their website said they would pay KBB +1000$. He basically said he did not know what KBB was. He even threatened my wife a 500$ charge if the second key fob was not returned.
Overall it was not a great experience at the dealership and I hope the owner Ray Malhotra takes note of such unprofessional behavior and takes appropriate action.

The Finance side of the experience was not as good. We verbally agreed to an extended warranty that included 80,000 incremental miles, but the contract that was presented to me, which I unwittingly signed, was for 80,000 total miles. 4 weeks later, I'm still trying to resolve that issue.
