My experience with Prestige Volvo service Director Jay Rosen has been nothing but a pleasure. He truly jumps at the opportunity to assist his clients, without complaint. Sunday June 19th “Father’s Day” I Rosen has been nothing but a pleasure. He truly jumps at the opportunity to assist his clients, without complaint. Sunday June 19th “Father’s Day” I was a little hesitant to reach out because I was having issues with my vehicle. However, he still responded and helped me despite the business being closed. I truly appreciate all that he had done for me. I give him 10 out of 5 for star service!!! More

For over a decade, we’ve trusted the service needs for our 2 Volvos to Jay Rosen & his Team… but now, I know why… they are THE Best!!! And, I’m convinced that it’s because they truly CARE!... about their our 2 Volvos to Jay Rosen & his Team… but now, I know why… they are THE Best!!! And, I’m convinced that it’s because they truly CARE!... about their performance and about the customer. Any time we’ve had an issue with the service, we’ve always been treated fairly. So, when I truly needed fast help with our damaged Volvo and the insurance company’s place was telling us that Volvo wouldn’t allow our car to be repaired, I called Jay. I originally called just to verify that response and get the facts, but Jay replied lightning-fast and could not have been more helpful! He corrected the falsehoods we’d been told and bent over backwards to see if he could repair our car at a reasonable price when he heard our unique situation. He ‘held our hand’ throughout the process and kept us informed at each step. Jay acquired the parts at the lowest price he could and he literally treated our money as carefully as if it were his own! Jay & his Team came in thousands of dollars under the other repair shop’s estimate and best of all, saved a Volvo that was “invaluable/priceless TO US” (the car was in mint condition because it had been serviced entirely by Jay & Team over the past 6 years). My family and I are so grateful that Jay went above and beyond to help us out in a time of crisis. I cannot thank Jay & his Team enough for the time, money, and stress they saved us, but I can tell you that I will NEVER go anywhere else other than to Jay Rosen & his Team at Prestige Volvo. More

Our multigenerational family has owned many Volvos from this dealership. We have been purchasing, leasing and enjoying Volvos from here for almost 20 years. Our cars are not new. 2011, 2011, and a 2006. Th this dealership. We have been purchasing, leasing and enjoying Volvos from here for almost 20 years. Our cars are not new. 2011, 2011, and a 2006. This review at this moment is really for the service department. Special commendation goes directly to JAY Rosen, chief of service. He has demonstrated repeated and sustained substantial effort every time we have needed service. Our cars are old and have upwards of 160,000 miles on 2 of them. Jay has made it possible to get my car in there immediately to help get me back driving again. When there was ever a slight recurrence of a problem, Jay makes sure to get to the root of it-he is on site and actually looks at the car for me. Photos when needed. He is so very fair. He did not charge me last time and I really appreciated that extension of his courtesy. He makes things happen. He is a DO-ER. He is transparent-no wasted time or words-exactly what I want in someone taking care of my car. He also takes care of us as people. He cares, truly. He asks about our family, our kid, and he has helped me when in a bind-even helped empty my car out in the rain because I was alone. I hope he is recognized for all he does for loyal customers. I do wish that corporate would give more loaners to this dealership -used to always have one easily-since COVID, they are few and far between, but this is all over the nation I believe. Let’s see….he also is very present at the desk. I was trying to explain a problem to someone-I was having a bad day -he shows up like a knight to rescue me-and rescue the girl at the desk-just leave me the key-I will handle it. And he did. Just couldn’t ask for a better person to help us with our old but everlasting Volvos! Oh and they even do an amazing inside detail-who knew you could get that done too and it wasn’t so much. Jay is just a solid good guy. The dealership has courteous people. They work with you until you are happy. Customer service in service is truly their total mission (well along with fixing cars of course). However if you have to get a car, may as well get it at a place that has people you can trust and who look out for you. Once around 2012 I thought I would try a cheaper car and got a Nissan. What a disaster. Got rid of it so fast…not because of the car-the car was just ok. It was the service department. I dropped them like a hot Nissan and went right back to Volvo. I am always happy with them. Bob in service and Andy as well are always helpful -high ratings for Prestige in East Hanover! More

Jay Rosen is the epitome of professionalism, friendliness, compassion (when you hit your own car), and provides excellent customer service. Prestige Volvo continues to provide me with excellent service. My 2018 Volvo XC90 had developed a sunroof leak. Initial estimate to correct it was nearly $1300. I met with their service manager, Jay R service. My 2018 Volvo XC90 had developed a sunroof leak. Initial estimate to correct it was nearly $1300. I met with their service manager, Jay Rosen, and asked he he could look into the unusual leak problem and see if anything could be done (my car was just a few months out of warranty). Mr Rosen did just that and covered the entire cost of the repair under warranty. I could not ask for anything more. Prestige Volvo continues to exceed my expectations. They are a pleasure to work with. Jay Rosen and his repair team and fantastic to work with! More
