They all lie ! !!!! I call to speak to finance 3 days before pickup NOBODY ever replied till I stated the night before I won`t make trip unless I speak with finance! !!!! I did take the 2:40 minute drive with my wife to find the F 150 outside dirty as xxxx at 10:45 AM and left without going in . I WAS PISSED . They kept my 500 deposit. have 2 Vehicles in my Household a F 150 that I was trading and a Lincoln Corsair. I only buy Ford F-1250 for4 trucks. Now thinking of GMC truck BAD TASTE. . WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER DEALT WITH. NOT THAT YOU~LL DO ANYTHING !!~! More

Columbia Ford Kia stepped up to the plate to get me into my new new car in 24 hours right after the holidays. They never pressured me into buying and assisted me with trading in my old car. I had been looking for a used explorer for 7+ mths when I found one I liked at Columbia Ford online. I was contacted by Adam but stated I wasn’t sure when I could get there, he was not pushy at all, he just found one I liked at Columbia Ford online. It was a very relaxing experience. I knew was interested in the vehicle and was able to get back in touch with Adam and come Back over to go over specific numbers , since I had a car to trade in . The process Was simple easy and had all the info I needed to make my decision. Two days later I went back to pick it up. Everyone at the dealership was polite and it was a very relaxed environment. Amended: sometimes you have a rough experience and the company never recovers, but not in this case. Columbia Ford recovered from a fall like an olympic gymnast. I left the dealership without everything "they owed" and communication afterward was spotty at best. Once the manager got involved, he treated my wife like a queen and exceeded any expectations we previously had, even letting her work from an office while her car got the extras installed. A+ service, and worth a second chance if you ever felt disappointed. More
