Friendly, no pressure about the vehicle from my salesman Jay, a little pressure about add-ons but then they let me think about it without badgering me by continuing a sales pitch as I thought about it. They were equally gracious in response to a "no" as to "yes". The finance person, Jake, was especially patient and helpful as I sorted out the calculation of the final cost. The many controls on the vehicle were explained clearly and thoroughly, again with complete patience in response to questions. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough -- they have changed my opinion about (some) car salesmen! More
