But few have come close to the service, professionalism, an years, I’ve dealt with a ton of dealers, salesmen, and finance managers during that time. But few have come close to the service, professionalism, and knowledge of Columbia Ford/Kia and my sales guy Jay Roderick (and Nicole). Jay in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that everything was ready to go. Whether it was answering all of my questions via text at all hours of the day and night, or helping to research specific and random extra parts I wanted for the new car, Jay (and Nicole) were always willing to help out and deliver. They are supremely talented and good at what they do, and are just good people - which makes for a nice car buying experience. Throw in the nice dealership itself - with a huge service area, big inventory, and even an on-site restaurant - they make the car buying (and servicing) experience top notch. Do not go anywhere else if you need a Ford or Kia. I’ve been to them all throughout CT, and there are none better. More
