I walked into Scott Honda with low expectations, thinking I was just browsing for a pre-owned car. I also assumed the lot would only have Hondas, but my experience completely exceeded anything I imagined. Fr I was just browsing for a pre-owned car. From the moment my dad and I arrived, we were greeted warmly by Jay, who instantly made us feel welcome. Jay took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a car. He asked thoughtful questions about my preferences—what I liked and didn’t like—and was incredibly attentive throughout the process. Thanks to his personalized approach, he found me a BMW X1 that I absolutely fell in love with. What really stood out was Jay’s dedication. He worked diligently with my dad and me to find the best price point, going above and beyond to ensure we left with a car that met all of our needs. On top of that, he was so personable! We bonded over our shared Colombian roots, our connection to New York City, and even being from the same borough—Brooklyn! This was hands down the best car-buying experience my family and I have ever had. Jay’s professionalism, effort, and personal touch made all the difference. The dealership itself was extremely clean and welcoming. The showroom had a nice display of vehicles to include one in which was targeted by my daughter and I. The arrangement of the display even peaked my interest because I am in soon to be in the market for a vehicle. Even the restrooms were really clean, and yes I did ask my daughter how the women's restroom was. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesman named Jairo Riascos who possessed the uncanny ability to make one feel like family despite arriving with preconceived notions. He introduced us to a second salesman named Luis Aguilera who was just as kind and warm. I consider myself to be a skeptical person but their genuine kindness and sincerity allowed me to enjoy the experience and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Great job guys. The finance officer was also pleasant and exemplified not only knowledge but patience. I also had the extreme pleasure of meeting whom I believe was the GM. He was also bright, kind and a pleasure to deal with. Maybe the U.S. should hire him as a hostage negotiator. Make Scott Clark Honda your first and last stop. More
