While the service team was efficient and attentive, I couldn't help but feel that the cost of parts was somewhat excessive. It's great to have a warranty that covers the replacement, but I believe that t couldn't help but feel that the cost of parts was somewhat excessive. It's great to have a warranty that covers the replacement, but I believe that the dealership could do a better job of being transparent about pricing and perhaps offering more competitive rates for parts and services. The overall experience was positive, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and the necessary steps to fix it. However, if Albany Subaru could reconsider their pricing strategy, it would enhance the customer experience even further. In conclusion, I would recommend Albany Subaru for their quick service and professionalism, but I would advise potential customers to be aware of the costs associated with parts and services. A little more fairness in pricing could easily make them a five-star dealership in my book! More

This dealership is always ready to help if I have a problem and need some help. I have even been able to drive in without an appointment for small problems and get some help to resolve my issue. I love my car but the electrical components often are challenging to me. More
