Jawon Shaw was an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond. However, I have my reservations about the dealership. I bought my car on Nov 30th and today Dec 31st, I found out the deale He went above and beyond. However, I have my reservations about the dealership. I bought my car on Nov 30th and today Dec 31st, I found out the dealership just submitted the registration to the County Tag Office when I called to find out why I hadn’t received my license plates. Obviously, the Business Manager Kenneth Dukes dropped the ball. On top of that, I took my car in on Dec 6th for a recall that you’d think they would have took care of while the car was sitting on their lot. Well as of now the recall has not yet been resolved although they claimed to have fixed the issue while I sat there. And I’ve called them three times over the last few weeks and I’m waiting on the warranty paperwork work from Service Advisor Jeril Lymon. This is very concerning considering I purchased a used 2023 Kia Telluride from this dealership and I’m still waiting for Chase the Service Manager to reach out to me when the replacement weather stripping is back in stock and available for for vehicle as promised. One thing I can say is Chase came through on replacing the roof racks that were missing keys at the time of purchase. However, I am willing to change the dealership rating if/when the service dealership resolves the issues I’ve listed. More

Horrible service and horrible communication. They kept our car for 5 months and fixed nothing. They kept sending us emails that it was repaired and they never fixed anything. One time we came to They kept our car for 5 months and fixed nothing. They kept sending us emails that it was repaired and they never fixed anything. One time we came to see what was going on and they told us “a part was missing” and asked us where it was. We explained nothing was missing when we dropped it off. They later found it in their mechanic shop area. We felt with over 3 managers and 5 specialist. Every-time we got a new promise but nothing was ever fulfilled. We had to call corporate twice. It was a horrible experience. To the point I don’t ever buy another Kia again. Just to be sure I don’t have to deal with them. I absolutely hated dealing with them. They never picked up the phone. They never called when they said they would. Everytime I wanted some king of update, I had to drive an hour up there everytime to talk face to face because they never called back or picked up the phone. Just horrible. More

This is our 3rd time coming back to ALM Kia and interacting with Jawon and team! Nothing but Total professionalism and they got us what we needed and asked for. I regret to inform you that my experience with this dealership did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend this dealership to others, and I advise potential customers to consider their options car dealership did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend this dealership to others, and I advise potential customers to consider their options carefully before making a purchase here. My impression is that the professionalism exhibited by the staff was lacking, which contributed to my dissatisfaction. In my opinion, Alm Kia does not represent the standards one might hope for in a car dealership. More
