We (my husband, myself, and my mom) stepped into the showroom, and were IMMEDIATELY and warmly welcomed by C.J, our awesome Sales consultant who greeted us with a friendly hand shake and a willingness to help us right away. We had specific car in mind for my mom, that we saw online, and he was more and happy to help us. Next, Jason the Sales manager, also greeted us right away, with a warm and friendly hello despite being very busy. We felt right at home at Criswell. They did all they could do to get us a fair and honest trade-in for the vehicle we brought with us. Steve the Finance manager walked us through every item and detail with our finance paperwork and never rushed us even though there were several people waiting after us. That meant a lot. He was super professional and very personable. They all took pride in the dealership they worked for and it showed in the work they did. C.J. was top notch because he always made sure to provide excellent care for us even though he had another customer he was working with while he was working with us. However, you would have NEVER known that because, not once did we feel neglected or wonder what was going on. He took the time to explain all the features of my mom's new car to her and made sure my Chevy Link email account was set up correctly prior to leaving the dealership. He even called customer service with us when we had an issue with my email to ensure it got resolved. He took care of EVERY detail of our new car experience and that made all the difference. This is a dealership that VALUES their customers and truly understands how treat people right! He was super informative and patient throughout my search, and always got back to me quickly. Once I was ready to come in and talk, Troy already had the truck pulled out front and ready for a test drive. When it came time to negotiations, it literally took minutes and not hours. Troy worked with Jason to get me the price I wanted for both my trade and my new truck. I had to come back the next day to pick up the truck since I had arranged my own financing and even though Troy couldn't be there, he made sure the truck was in perfect condition and ready to roll. He also made sure that his co-worker Seth would handle any last minute details or questions I had. This was easily my best new car buying experience! More

The entire process only took a couple of hours, from the test drive to finalizing paperwork. Kevin, Jason, and Anthony went above and beyond for us. We took advantage of purchasing the extended warranty, Cilajet, and wheel protection. We were also able to take advantage of the GM rebate program, which offset the increasing finance rates. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Criswell Chrevrolet maintaining our Suburban with their service dept. Our main goal when purchasing a vehicle is not looking for the lowest price. We are looking for honesty, capability, and great customer service that will continue for the duration of our dealings with the dealership. We have had this with Criswell Chevrolet for nearly a decade and it is what keeps us loyal to them. You can purchase a car anywhere for the lowest price, but a relationship built on trust is hard to find. More

When the time came to purchase my Silverado 1500 Z71 he made sure that I got ALL of the rebates available and presented me a great price right from the start. He and Sales Manager, Jason Witte, basically offered me a price I could not refuse. He also stayed after hours helping me to set up the On-Star and BlueTooth features and showed me all the MANY extra features of the Infotainment system. This was my third truck that I have purchased from Criswell and have always received excellent service from this dealership. More

Sales and service have always been excellent This time around we were about to complete a purchase at another dealer, because it was a little cliser. We decided to come here and the difference in the way they treated us was remarkable. We were treated with respect and honesty, no sense of games or deceit that we felt at the other location Our salesman was Josh. We really liked working with him. Jadon and Russell were also involved and all three were equally enjoyable. In the end we came away with the same vehicle as the other dealer, with a few things thrown in by Jason, for about $1000 less Hopefully we won’t need a car for a few more years, but without a doubt we’ll go back to Criswell for a fifth purchase Thanks again to Josh, Jason, & Russell More

I arrived shortly there after it was clean and ready, my wife and I agreed and bought it. there were a few small issues with truck that were taken care of promptly and better then new. We also purchased accessories that Jon Valin made possible and to better then anticipated. With the added help and support from Helen, Russell and Greg in finance we got everything we were looking for and are very pleased with the whole deal. More
