They told us that due to our credit scores they pulled, our monthly lease rate is higher. We got so worried but two weeks later when we applied for a loan for our house, we found out that our credit scores our monthly lease rate is higher. We got so worried but two weeks later when we applied for a loan for our house, we found out that our credit scores are almost 75 points higher than what they told us ... The higher monthly payment was not that big of a deal but telling us our credit score to be that low was not right and ethical. More

These folks set the standard when it comes to customer service, car pricing and car quality. There is a reason why this dealership is at the top of their game - they actually care about the customer, and embody the GM mission to “ keep customers for life.” The Criswell team is well trained and skilled both technically on the cars themselves, and also on the car buying transaction, where they facilitate as much of the process for you as possible. Literally everyone that I met at Criswell was highly competent and pleasant - it reminded me of what a car buying experience should be, but has been long forgotten as buyers seem to now be treated like cattle at many dealerships. Anthony Vattuone has my sincere thanks for turning around what was a nightmarish issue when I attempted to purchase this same car a week earlier at MacMulkin Chevrolet dealership in Nashua, NH (see details under MacMulkin Chevrolet review on Yelp and on this site). Anthony immediately understood the situation, was interested in finding out more about my needs, and put me at ease that I would have a very different experience at Criswell. He did not disappoint. Financing was a breeze, with Steve Krantz offering a very competitive rate - roughly three points LOWER than MacMulkin, addressing all questions and concerns that I had very professionally. As I had driven down from N.Y. with my fiancé, and was unfamiliar with the area, Steve helped me to find a great restaurant in town to celebrate her birthday that night - that was a huge help also! We had some logistical challenges coming in from N.Y. with a rental car that we needed to return. Aidan Uffelman, Service Advisor, took the burden of coordinating the car rental drop off of for us by contacting the company He was more than helpful, and was literally on the phone within the car rental company for over 45 minutes to sort things out. Very appreciated. The General Manager, Jason Witte was engaged, and made sure that the whole transaction went as I expected. And Greg Hoffman, the Commercial Finance Manager, was kind enough to drive us to our hotel so we didn’t have to wait for a cab. My new C7 is everything that I thought it was. It was cared for and detailed beautifully by a team of people who have good values, and know what great quality and customer service look like. These folks have your needs as a customer as their top priority, and are as professional as they are authentic. If you are in the market for a car - go to Criswell. They will care for you as if you’re family, and you’ll have a great car buying experience. More

Bait and Switch Criswell Chevrolet overall is a great Dealership, attentive, Customer friendly and aiming to please, except for one Employee Mike Furman, I have know Criswell Chevrolet overall is a great Dealership, attentive, Customer friendly and aiming to please, except for one Employee Mike Furman, I have known Mike for a while and have always liked him. So of course when I decided to buy another Corvette I dialed up Mike. I visited their Sister store in Thurmont MD. to get an idea on price. I was always looking for a 1LZ with a PDR as I have always been about performance not Luxury. I got 2 prices from Thurmont $68000 and $69500. the only difference in the 2 was the PDR, I called Mike and he said that had the same car as the $69500 car at Thurmont but his was better appointed., Well if your charging the customer $4000 extra dollars for basically the same car it better be worth it. I asked if his car (The Sebring Orange car) which was my color choice and had the same amenities was in stock..So taking him at his word I buy the car, it turns out it DOES NOT have a PDR in it and I feel Bamboozled!! But Jason Witte saved the day and was able to make me a fair deal that we both could live with! Awesome job by Jason complete failure on the part of Furman. More
