I was expecting a similar experience that I had when I purchased the last vehicle at a different dealership that literally took 5 hours. I was in and out of Gateway in no time. I was impressed! While on a trip to SD I had trouble with my truck 300 miles into the trip. Justin saved my trip by arranging another truck to drive at the Chevy dealer in that town. We continued on our trip while the issue was being fixed. They couldn't get the part in time but were assured we could drive it home. When we got back I talked to Jeff about the problem and it was resolved painlessly. I would recommend Gateway to anyone looking for a dealer that gives you a fair price and stands behind what they sell. More

Michael answered all my questions and made it easy to lease a 2016 Trax. Now I have the Equinox for longer trips and the Trax for getting around town. They are great vehicles.
