Best Experiance I have ever had I was originally shopping for a car for my son. I soon realized he couldn't really afford much so decided to give him my car and look for one for mys I was originally shopping for a car for my son. The first help I received was from the lease manager because he was available when I came in when I was looking for help for my son. He gave us a couple options and couldn't have been nicer. Like my son said, he really wasn't going to make much from us because we had to look for a cheap car. I decided I would have to give him mine and look for one for myself. As my focus changed to buying a car myself, I was in contact with Mike Blythe. He was excellent to work with!!! He made it pretty easy to make a decision and I will be loyal to him as along as he works there. He addressed everything I asked about and also gave me his card incase I had any questions about the car after I drove it away. He gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to Dan in service and he has helped me before with my former car and he is "MY GUY" to go too. I was treated so well and I just want to say that the people that I worked with are just the best. I really had thought of going to two other dealerships to look around but never made it past Gateway because it made sense to stay there because of the excellent service. I went from cheap car shopping to a 2016 .Impala LTZ.. More

Every place I attempted to make a deal on was trying to take my over the coals by lowballing me on a trade in price. I walked into Gateway and expressed my frustration. The sales staff and sales manager staff guaranteed me a fair price on a trade in and would meet or beat a competitors pricing. Eventually, the deal was made with no issue what-so-ever. The experience was easy with no pressure and they did everything they could to make me feel appreciated. The Chevy part yes, the hyundai nissan no Clark is the perfect guy to by a car from. I wish all car sales people were like him. He didn't pressure me and even when he called, it was more out of whether I was getting what I wanted than selling a car. He's the best salesman I've dealt with. Compared to my experience buying from the Nissan/Hyundai portion, it is night and day. I'm grateful to have worked with Mr. Clark. I will recommend the Chevy portion of this dealership but not the Nissan/Hyundai portion. More
