Waiting area is excellent. Brought my 2023 Outback in for warning lights being frequently disabled while driving. This is the 2nd visit for a similar issue. The service center Brought my 2023 Outback in for warning lights being frequently disabled while driving. This is the 2nd visit for a similar issue. The service center was not able to diagnose the issue. They indicated the issue was my fault and asked if they should speak with my husband. Yesterday we drove 1.5hrs and the error happened 7+ times. I have 2000 miles remaining on the warrantee and worry i'll have to pay out of pocket as the car ages. I can't recommend this center to others. More

As usual, the service and staff at Granite Subaru were outstanding! This was my second service appointment and my car was finished in the exact time frame I was told it would be and included a car wash. outstanding! Jennifer Bisson was the rep that handled my appointment and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She really went above and beyond answering my questions.
