Went in for a very simple part replacement. Was quoted 10% higher than what the website shows. Was shocked when the price was 66% HIGHER than THAT, 85% higher than the website. They reduced it to "only" 33% higher than what I was quoted. Had I known what they actually charge I would have gone to any other mechanic. More

I arrived home one afternoon and noticed the left headlight of my 2015 Forester was out. I called Granite Subaru, and they had an immediate opening, so I drove over, waited about 10-15 minutes while headlight of my 2015 Forester was out. I called Granite Subaru, and they had an immediate opening, so I drove over, waited about 10-15 minutes while they replaced the bulb (total cost under $50), and was back home less than an hour after my phone call! I'll be happy to bring my car to Granite Subaru for service in the future. More
