Ricardo Riojas was A DREAM to work with. I am an Oklahoma customer who Ricardo made feel like the Red River was just across the street! He was patient and professional with all my questions, and enabled us to practically purchase the car over the phone - such that when we rolled in, and the car was as described and promised, closing the deal and getting back on the road was record fast! We have had a few issues with our Volvo XC90 Recharge over the two years we've been leasing it, and two of those have been directly related to the dealership. While these issues would have prompted a 1 s over the two years we've been leasing it, and two of those have been directly related to the dealership. While these issues would have prompted a 1 star review, the way the dealership chose to handle these mistakes brings it up to 4 stars. A while back, they had my car for service for several days before they could get to it. In this time, the windshield cracked and they said that the chip was already there but it just cracked while it was in the heat of the sun. The photos were not clear enough to determine if there actually was a chip or not, and there was nothing recorded on the intake form, so I made the point that if it had been the loaner car windshield that had cracked, I would be 100% responsible for it no matter what. The manager agreed and replaced our windshield at no cost. Then today, we took the Volvo to a tire store to replace the 2yr old tires, and realized that they were 20in tires instead of the 21in tires that we were upcharged for 2 years ago! Because the wheel design for the 20 and 21 inch options are identical, no one caught the mistake until now. When we brought it to their attention, GM Jason was extremely helpful and considerate. He immediately offered to make it right and replaced the tires at no cost to us to offset the original upcharge. So, while both of these incidents were entirely avoidable, Crest Volvo did what needed to be done to make up for it. I can't give 5 stars bc that indicates to me all around excellence from the start , but I am delighted to say they earned their 4 stars with excellent customer service and that's what's most important. Mistakes will be made in life, it's how we choose to make them right that counts. Well done, Crest Volvo! More

UPDATE: The dealer principal, Jason, got involved after this review was posted and immediately offered to purchase the vehicle back with no questions asked. I purchased a sign unseen 2021 Certified Pre this review was posted and immediately offered to purchase the vehicle back with no questions asked. I purchased a sign unseen 2021 Certified Pre-Owned XC90 From Crest. I wired the cash, and arranged to pick the car up ONE WEEK after I paid, because I live 3 hours away. I booked a $150 ride to Frisco. Upon pickup I noticed the car wasn't detailed. I was shocked, but didn't have time to wait for them to clean anything. I had to get in the car immediately to drive back to Austin for meetings and kid pickup. THE CAR SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. There were ash marks near the windows, ashes in the cup holders, ash trays, and console. I asked the salesperson he said "i didn't smell anything or look closely". Sam the "general manager" wants to haggle about cleaning fees and "if you were close I would fix it"....NEVER did Sam offer a solution, rather asked me to fix the problem and I will reimburse you up to $300. I have no recourse, cant return the car, cant do anything except smell musty, stale, cheap cigarette smell in my 50K used car. Boo More
