I have been a Dean Team customer since 2012. I started with Annie in servicing my 2008 Tribeca. I bought my Subaru Forrester in 2019 from Dean Team. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked I started with Annie in servicing my 2008 Tribeca. I bought my Subaru Forrester in 2019 from Dean Team. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked with Sam for leasing of my 2022 Forester Wilderness, the purchase of my 2023 WRX Limited and my 2024 WRX Limited. Sam has also worked with us to purchase our 2022 Outback. Sam and Annie are the best in the business and are an asset to the Dean Team. Their personal service, care and ability to dial in to the needs of the customer are unmatched. Sams ability to anticipate the needs of the customer is uncanny! I also say the same about Annie. The Team here is amazing! Had some credit challenges and it was pleasant not have to face embarrassment by being placed in room for hours while they negotiated on your behal Had some credit challenges and it was pleasant not have to face embarrassment by being placed in room for hours while they negotiated on your behalf - only to be told - SORRY! Instead, I knew the terms BEFORE I arrived (and I got a better deal than I thought) and it was made to feel very comfortable. My sales rep (Joel) was so kind and pleasant and even took the time to show me all of the new features of my new car (I'm old and technological challenged LOL). Jason was an outstanding representative and demonstrates a wealth of knowledge in the financial arena and was not interested in causing me to have to pay the highest interest rate availabe, even with the credit challenges. You will not find a more decent group of professionals and, even if I wasn't buying a new VW or Suburaru, , I would still return to this dealership simply because of the way I was treated. The hardest thing in life to do is to take someone's money and make them to be happy they gave it to you - JOEL AND JASON made me smile on the way home! THANK YOU BOTH! More
