I never felt like I was getting that “sales push” that is so prevalent in the car business. Sam and Tim were very helpful and answered all my questions, including some questions I didn’t know I had. The energy at the dealership just felt good… Teamwork seemed evident. I’ll never know why that whole financing thing has to be such a “mystery” but it was better here than any other dealer I’ve ever worked with. Jason did patiently answer most of my questions. It’s unlikely, but if I ever need to buy a new car again, I wouldn’t hesitate to make this my first stop. More

Bobby Fisher was amazing, accommodating, and friendly. He could use a printer in his office to be even more efficient. My only complaint would be the fact that the offer on the trade-in was decreased almost by 50% due to the fact that there was an incident with the car that was not known to us and it was fixed back to new condition and they still wanted to deduct at least 50% off the trade-in. Bobby was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the features in the car. We were in and out in about 3.5 hours with A portion of that was waiting on finance to get the approval.
