Amazing experience. I was told what services were due, how much each service would cost and an ETA. Jason was terrific. I left my car the night before my service appointment with a damaged tire I got on my way home from work. He called immediately the next morning info I left my car the night before my service appointment with a damaged tire I got on my way home from work. He called immediately the next morning informing me was handling the claim. He followed up with me throughout the day with status on the claim approval, timing on the delivery of the new tire and timing on completion of the repair. He had the car repaired and available that same evening. He also took upon himself while he already had the car at the dealership to do the next required service interval as it was close to the milage requirement. This saved me the time and inconvenience of having to make another appointment to do that service. This was very much appreciated and a heads up move. He also offered to arrange free transportation to the dealership that evening when I mentioned I was having difficulty arranging transportation to the dealership with my wife out of town. that was much appreciated. This is the second time Jason has handled a tire claim on my car due to a road hazard and his quick response in getting this stressful situation resolved for me has been impeccable. I really appreciate the way Jason has handled these matters for me and got my car back to so quickly. More
