We had tried other dealers and they were helpful, but she just couldn't get the feel for any vehicle. We spoke with Jordan on a Friday and said that we would be back on Saturday for test drive. When we came back on Saturday Jordan set up a test drive and my wife said that so far the CR-V was at the top of the list. Jordan then proceeded to look at our trade-in, (2017 Chrysler Pacifica). After taking the trade in value and the price of the CR-V, he came back with a reasonable deal. I told him that I was looking for more on my Pacifica and that previous dealers had offered me more. He then took the deal back to his manager and we were able to negotiate a deal that was acceptable to us and to his manager. We then spoke with Jason who wrote everything up and Jason followed us home so we could empty the Pacifica. Very pleasant and less stress than expected purchasing a vehicle. More
