I have had the best experience Arrowhead Honda ! I had a couple of things that were wrong with the vehicle and Tracy referred me over to Racquel and she is more than amazing drop my car off got me a ride home and when my car was done I was picked back up from home . The work that was done they did such a good job with my car ! I have not had a dealership treat me so well and I have bought so many new cars and this dealership is the best ! I have an 82,000 $ Silverado 3500 and also a 2017 Chevrolet Corvette and the Chevy dealership has never treated me like this dealership and I spent that amount of money with them. Thank you thank you thank you to everybody that has help me through this process and I will recommend you to all my friends As I have already! Great Doing Business with Arrowhead Honda I have owned new Honda's since 1982. This is my 7th Honda I have purchased from Arrowhead Honda. The only dealership I will use. No crap, straight I have owned new Honda's since 1982. This is my 7th Honda I have purchased from Arrowhead Honda. The only dealership I will use. No crap, straight forward, fair, efficient and they respect my time. Every experience is better than the last. I like the sales staff and the maintenance staff. The finance guy Jason gets you in and out fast. Also, with the corona virus issue, the dealership bent over backwards to keep you safe and protected, I noticed after someone got up from a table or chair a staff member went over to disinfect the area for another customer. They provided a lot of space to maintain separation, both inside the facility and outside as well. The whole staff does an outstanding job. More
