My wife has been going to this dealership for years and has purchased several vehicles from them, well not anymore after this last purchase. SHE TRUTED THEM AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE , KNOWING THAT SHE TRUT has purchased several vehicles from them, well not anymore after this last purchase. SHE TRUTED THEM AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE , KNOWING THAT SHE TRUTED THEM THEY WENT AHEAD AND ADDED A SERVICE CONTRACT AND GAP AND KEPT THE CONVERSATION GOING AND GOING AND DID NOT EXPLAINED ANY DETAILS ABOUT THE CONTRACT, INSTEAD BECAUSE THEY KNEW HOW MUCH SHE TRUSTED THEM SHE WAS ASKED TO SIGN SIGN SIGN. IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER (ESPECIALLY A WOMAN) she will drop the car and walk away she cannot afford the payment that was not disclosed, she was told not to worry and she would be ok and where she wanted to be on payment, she signed away trusting that everything was ok. Shame on her for trusting them blindly. We tried talking to them and they showed their true colors, they were rude disrespectful and now we are an interruption to them, they we really showed who they are. I ASKED WHO OWNS THE DEALERSHIP OR WHAT IS THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SHARE THE INFORMATION WITH US they argued and raced their voice infusing instead of diffusing the situation. WE WILL FIND IUT SOMEHOW AND SHARED WHAT HAPPENED TO US. I know this sounds like a cliche but if we could give them zero stars or less we would, we will talk to the BBB and use and share on all platforms how horrible ARROWHEAD HONDA. A chance encounter with a past-customer of Arrowhead Honda convinced us to try this dealership in our quest for a new vehicle. She insisted we talk to Dino Krallis if we wanted the best sales experience possible. We did, and we were not disappointed! We are dealing with severe health issues which complicate everything, and we were not sure how this car purchase would be possible. Dino handled everything and made the whole experience a real pleasure. He went well above and beyond what we expected, negotiated a good price on our purchase, offered a fair value for our trade-in, accommodated our unique health and logistical requirements, and treated us like valuable customers the whole time. Jason Heximer also helped us get going with a swift check-out and accurate financing. There were no surprises during the entire purchase process. Thank you Dino and Jason. I heartily recommend Arrowhead Honda to anyone who wants a fair deal and the best customer service possible. More

Sold me a used van with a large hole in the windshield that I need to replace and when brought to their attention I got a “tough xxxx, sucks to be you!” we aren’t going to do anything response. Car had to that I need to replace and when brought to their attention I got a “tough xxxx, sucks to be you!” we aren’t going to do anything response. Car had to be inspected before I bought it so when I was trying to find out when I could pick it up, I was hung up on by the service department. Trying to get ahold of salesman Matt- no response, just sent messages when he wanted to disregarding my messages. Do not trust Matt or this dealership. I have bought 6 different Hondas from 6 different dealerships over the years and this is in a whole new, undiscovered level of shade coming from them. More

Deceptive pricing with thousands added to sticker price. Low ball trade offer. Lengthy delivery delay after being coaxed into dealership with promise that vehicle was "in the state" and could be here within Low ball trade offer. Dealer claimed they had no way to track their own inventory and couldn't locate delivery truck. More

I have been a Honda customer since 2004. Recently I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle so I went in to Arrowhead Honda. In the course of doing business with Arrowhead Honda, I was consistently LIED wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle so I went in to Arrowhead Honda. In the course of doing business with Arrowhead Honda, I was consistently LIED TO, BULLIED, PUSHED AROUND, DECEIVED, NEGLECTED, and then dropped completely with no further help or remedy despite repeated requests from the receptionist all the way up to the highest management. The worst person in the place was "Dino", who is simply a salesman but told me he was the General Manager to trick me into a deal with him. I was entered into a loan agreement for a Honda Civic Sport (MSRP $24,000) for a contractual obligation of $43,000! These people have ignored me, lied to me, kicked me out of the dealership when the deal was finalized against my wishes with missing signatures and no explanations. Not only that, they shopped my loan around endlessly despite my excellent credit score causing a high amount of inquiries on my report. I hope that anyone who reads this will see what horrible and unprofessional people Arrowhead Honda employ and will drive miles out of their way to avoid them. I will be screaming this from the mountaintops in an effort to keep other unsuspecting auto purchasers from being victims of Arrowhead Honda’s deceitful and underhanded business practices. More
