We have leased or purchased 8 new KIA's from this Paramount dealership in the past 14 years. We have always found that the process from sales to finance has been very easy and with no pressure. We are extremely pleased with the service that we received from Celia and CJ at Paramount Kia Dealership in Hickory. We did not feel pressured, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with all received from Celia and CJ at Paramount Kia Dealership in Hickory. We did not feel pressured, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Both were very friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. This was our third purchase at this same dealership, and it was definitely the fastest we have been in and out. Celia took time to show us all the features with my new Sportage, and even helped hook up our phones and apps for both me and my husband. They stayed after closing to complete everything, so that we could drive it home that night. Definitely highly recommend using Celia again. More

I have been trying for the last 8 hours for someone to answer the phone at the service department. I have left messages and have had no response. I’ve never had this experience with any dealership. Chris the sales man we worked with and all the other people we worked with their sales person was great and the finance person was great it was a great experience we bought our last car there and was in people we worked with their sales person was great and the finance person was great it was a great experience we bought our last car there and was in and out in about two hours they are very quick there they get it done fast and you’re in and out and ready to go I love Paramount Kia and Hickory I hope to do business with them again in the future More
