While traveling from out of town, I suddenly encountered a blown engine in a very compromised position…on the freeway. I was able to get off the freeway however I was blocking traffic. I have no clue where I’m at, and I was pretty much at a loss of my next move. I look up closest GM dealer via Google, call the number, and Randy answered. From there, he calls me a tow truck, we land at the dealership, they confirm the extent of my vehicles condition, unfortunately a blown engine and it will be a major repair, get me to a rental car location, I drive home located just outside of Detroit. Randy keeps in touch throughout the entire repair, even as I’m on vacation out of the Country. My car got delivered to my house as soon as I returned from vacation. I say without a doubt that Randy and his crew are the poster children for service recovery, as I wasn’t too happy my engine failed for the second time in 50K miles. I have told this story several times since I got my vehicle back, every time I tell it the story ends with I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome to a terrible situation, caused by faulty parts in my engine. Thanks again Randy, job well done. More

Very welcoming and polite. I like the fact that Jason as well as everyone else knows what's going on. First and foremost, I felt that Dan Salisbury was an exceptional salesman.. I have never dealt with such a down-to-earth car salesman, as if he was my neighbor. He was very knowledgeable on the product exceptional salesman.. I have never dealt with such a down-to-earth car salesman, as if he was my neighbor. He was very knowledgeable on the product he was selling, and without pressure. You could tell he was very experienced. He was an exceptional people person. I will be dealing with him for future purchases. The person I dealt with on the sale, and payment of the car, was a very pleasant experience as well. He was very efficient and made the process go very fast. A couple days after the purchase, with very little miles driven, "steering assist is reduced drive with care" warning popped up on the dash. I called Dan and told him about the problem. He said they would take care of it, had me bring it in to have it checked. He asked if I started it up again would the warning disappear, but it didn't. I took the car around the block and the air conditioner didn't work as well. After driving about 2 miles on the way to the dealership the warning did disappear and the air conditioner started working again. I brought the car in and talked to the service manager who was very knowledgeable about these cars. He explained how seldom this can occur and you might not ever have a problem again. He told me what to look out for if the problem would continue. He also helped me decide with his expertise and personal opinion about a warranty on this specific vehicle. I lost a lot of confidence in the Cadillac brand, but he reassured me that this isn't something that happens very often and that they don't see many problems with the Cadillac brand. He was very valuable in helping me restore my confidence and move forward with this problem. Dan spoke to the sales manager who worked out a 90-day warranty, parts and labor, should this continue to be a problem. I was hoping to get something a little more reassuring than that. What I was asking for was a bit of a reach, wanting it taken care of if I ever had a problem with it again. I agreed on the warranty, which Dan said if something happened in a hundred days we would still take care of it for you meaning if it's realistic timing from the purchase. He said that's who we are... and I appreciate that!! I felt Dan handled this whole situation very professionally. The car was in excellent condition for the year, and I felt I got a very good deal. Your dealership will be my first choice to trade up on this car in the future. Thank you so much for the professionalism your dealership possesses!! More

Brought my 24 gmc 2500 at4x in for leaking water inside truck, they were not able to track down leak and was told if problem persists bring it back to rediagnose, well after another rainstorm inside of my truck, they were not able to track down leak and was told if problem persists bring it back to rediagnose, well after another rainstorm inside of my truck is soaked once again, been calling daily to service center, they never answer the phone when I call, have left numerous voicemails and have yet to get a return call back, I have since called a different dealership and scheduled work with them, will no longer be going to palmen due to lack of communication More
