This is the continuation of my last review because I ran out of character space...... After identify my new used car and sitting down to negotiate. The salesperson attempted to tell me they wouldn't ta out of character space...... After identify my new used car and sitting down to negotiate. The salesperson attempted to tell me they wouldn't take my trade in. This was already agreed upon the day before with the previous idiot salesperson I dealt with. Resulting in my need to take more time... request a manager... argue with him.... point out that this salesperson reported and agreed that he spoke with the other salesperson and that is indeed had a quote for my trade in. The manager finally agreed to honor it. Done deal... right.... wrong. We completed the sale and I handed them all the information on where my trade in was and how to obtain it and the insurance agent that was assisting me and to assist them to obtain my trade in from the storage lot it was in. Simple... right... wrong. The dealership called me a few times and saying they can't get the car and that the insurance company owns it. I informed them and sent them paperwork proving that the insurance company gave me the car to recoup more of my losses as the idiot who totaled it didn't have enough in his policy to cover my car. Days go by of the dealership harassing me. Me then calling the insurance agent who reported that he had left several messages and they won't take or return his calls to assist them with obtaining the trade in. Then while on vacation I receive a call from the general manager screaming and swearing at me that I am trying to scam them and either owe them my credit for the trade or he will take back my car even if he has to come to my home to do it. Well that Sent me through the roof on my relaxing day. After exchanging many words I told him I will fix his problem. I called the insurance who informed me again that they never called him.... asked him to place us on a three way call. He did that, informed that general manager what we have done and arranged the pick up. Simple! They are horrible!! More

They were mixed with some good support to the worst experience i have ever had. The general manager called me, yelling at me that i was scamming them and threatened to take my car back. As I don't experience i have ever had. The general manager called me, yelling at me that i was scamming them and threatened to take my car back. As I don't want to explain the entire story.... the bottom line was that they had but returned the se fetal phone calls from the insurance agent that wanted to release my car as I directed them to to the dealership for my trade in. They also had an the information from me for the contact and the proof of the trade in. I was on vacation and being threatened and yelled at. I called the insurance agent and had a three way phone call and the issue resolved in less than two minutes. I mean really...a grown man who is the highest position in the dealership calls screaming and accusing rather than calmly taking to identify an issue? An issue that the dealership had all the information for and the insurance agent informed me they never once made the simple call to work together to resolve the simplest issue!! The first sales person also screwed me out of the first car of my choice by not following through as well. I gave them one other chance by working with another sales person and made the deal even after they tried to change the terms of the first agreement about my trade in as I really wanted the car on the lot and desperately needed to replace my car. They are horrible and if I want desperate....i never would have given my business to them. This service will be reported to the owner.. better business bureau and any other service I can find to explain how terrible they are. I have never in my life been called a fraud or liar until the general manager directly called me that. More

Sandra was great in helping find a used SUV that fitted our needs. After we finished in financing she gave us the key, as in one key, and said sorry there is only one key. Cost us $681 at BMW to purchase our needs. After we finished in financing she gave us the key, as in one key, and said sorry there is only one key. Cost us $681 at BMW to purchase a second key. Had we known up front the vehicle only had one key we could have made a more informed decision on whether to proceed with the purchase. Prior to signing we test drove the vehicle one more time to check out everything. We noticed two issues - driver seatbelt was twisted and tires were not being recognized. We let Sandra know and she has someone go take a look. Shortly after she returned and said everything was fixed. We should have confirmed prior to signing as we found the seatbelt was not fixed. Sandra offered to have us bring the car back but after the frustrating experience with finance we took the car to BMW for service. Financing was when our experience really soured. We had to wait just over two hours someone from finance to get us. Michael Uhl was the finance person that helped us. We stated several times that we did not want any up sells or warranties. He still snuck in a $1,200 vehicle theft warranty. After a difficult time with Michael in trying to get the warranty cancelled and saying to us "but you signed and if I re-did the contract the total price would stay the same" we had to reach out to the General Manager who promptly looped in the Director of finance and cancelled the warranty. More
