The tech was great, but the prices are high. I made an appointment online. I arrive at dealership just to be told recall part needs to be ordered and I will need to return later. Service department has horrible customer service. My car was towed to this dealer where I purchased this new car less than a year ago. It has now been there nearly 4 full weeks. The only updates I ge My car was towed to this dealer where I purchased this new car less than a year ago. It has now been there nearly 4 full weeks. The only updates I get on the status of the repair is when I text the service writer who responds "No parts yet. Maybe next week." I have left messages for the service manager Ray Powers who does not call back. I left a message for the general manager, Jason, who has not called back. I have even filed a complaint with their corporate office, who is having to "escalate" my complaint because the dealer has not responded to them either. It's bad enough that my new car left me stranded on the side of the road for a problem the service writer told me they are aware of but haven't issued a recall for and then to have needed parts on some kind of eternal back order but then to just have NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE is unacceptable. More
