I reported that my truck is vibrating at 40-60mph upon acceleration. They stated they would fix the problem and take care of it. The problem is still occurring. Upon telling that to the service department, not only was it not documented, but the sale itself was not documented. To the point they were stating that I was the former owner of the vehicle and they had already serviced my vehicle enough times, not to warrant an oil change. I appreciate the service manager covering my bill and coming to an understanding of my situation. However, I do not appreciate the fact my truck is still not fixed. More
