Always a good experience expect they always miss on the small details. 2 times I have been miss quoted on price when it comes to suggested service intervals because even though they see I have multiple tru small details. 2 times I have been miss quoted on price when it comes to suggested service intervals because even though they see I have multiple trucks that’s use more oil, they price me and what ever they are told. If they would actually put the price on the site/app, then I would know to add the add in. So last time I got my service on my truck which was free since they messed up last time, all was good until I got in my truck and wanted to add date to my phone from service window sticker. I couldn’t because they never changed it from old one. It’s like going to a restaurant and everything is perfect until your food is either cold or wrong. More

I called on a Friday and they were able to get my car in to make repairs for a couple of recalls on the following Monday. I genuinely had a horrible experience with this dealership and regret purchasing a vehicle from them. They lied about service records, we had to return the vehicle 2 separate time for additional wo dealership and regret purchasing a vehicle from them. They lied about service records, we had to return the vehicle 2 separate time for additional work to be fixed, they said they fixed things but it wasn’t actually fixed, the salesman John was pushy and wouldn’t allow us space to look at vehicles without feeling smothered - even though I asked for space.
