In service 3 times 2 month old $80k vehicle for a bad rear camera then its not the camera now its a wire harness. They call me to schedule to come in cause they have the part. I get there they still dont rear camera then its not the camera now its a wire harness. They call me to schedule to come in cause they have the part. I get there they still dont have the part. Complete waste of my time. Nobody knows whats going on around there. I truly feel they don't give a xxxx about there customers. Have not even offered any compensation for wasting my time and money. Complete run around, absolutely rediculous, what a joke! More

Can't get the right part for my brand new truck which shouldn't have an issue to begin with being 1 month old. 2 trips to dealership with total of 6 days without the truck and still not fixed which will shouldn't have an issue to begin with being 1 month old. 2 trips to dealership with total of 6 days without the truck and still not fixed which will be a 3rd trip. The part is on backorder which who knows how long that's gonna take. More
